i need to start sorta exercising again... it is so hard to do it after working for 8 hours, which only 20 minutes of that i get to actually sit down. you REALLY dont feel like working out after that. and there is NO way i'm doing it before since lately i've been getting the 8am-4pm shifts. i'm sorry, but i'm not getting up at 5:30am just to get in ( Read more... ) -
