On netgalley.com, you can get a free version of the book. Which I got. Because I teach and stuff...BUT!
It's painful exposition. I'm only a few pages in, but it's painful. I don't know if I'll make it through the book.

I could barely get through the free sample on Kindle. Even if it weren't a racist piece of crap it's so poorly written I have to question the so-called "awards" it's received.
