I've been allowed to have the neck collar off for awhile now, since my appointment on the tenth of March. I was warned that it would be slow going and that I might have it off for a few hours and then want it back on

The horrible arm pain originating in the neck is gone. That was the worst pain I have, beside which even my worst migraines paled by comparison.
I do have some neck pain but that may diminish as my muscles and tissues continue to recover.
I still have migraines and other aches and pains associated with my age and history. My lower back is always a problem that I manage, for example. It limits my activities to some degree.
But thank Goddess I no longer feel like someone is stabbing me in the arm!
