Bush manages to top his previous stupidity record

I didn't think it was possible for Bush to be even more clueless than he had been in the past, but apparently it is. His latest foot-in-mouth moment? Regarding Afghanistan, he said the following:

"If I were slightly younger and not employed here, I think it would be a fantastic experience to be on the front lines of helping this young democracy
