it's true that's not ok. Did you see this? How even with substantial increases in school funding it's not helping anything because the funding keeps getting diverted away from the kids?

This is why we need better health care reform, to reign in the hikes in premiums costs from insurance companies that make millions and billions of dollars in profit each year.

Because I'm sure the spike in premiums had nothing to do with the huge expanse in government underfunded programs that automatically increase private insurance rates...
