[Catch? What catch? This is an honest, above board transaction, Zoro. No catch at all, unless your dignity can't handle the idea of possibly carrying a navigator home in her pajamas. At least she doesn't wear bunny slippers.

Speaking of which, she's quiet for a moment because she's trying to work out the best way of asking for this that doesn't sound horribly pathetic and/or possibly nervous about being in a place like the clinic. Uh. Hmm.
