Yeah I just got done training out in the rain and thunder without a shirt on (sorry if that conjurs up scarey images) Wow it was a wakeup, i feel really refreshed. It was like rain misogi (japanese spiritual purification) It was great. I'm going to do it again tomorrow if the rain keeps up.
