It sounds like hard work (I'm sure that all medical things are...), but it's really good that you like your subject so much, since that makes all the difference.

That's a surprise to hear. Well, you probably already know that I'd rate your X fanfics as among the best in the fandom, so it's strange for me to think of you not liking them for a while, but I suppose that can happen really easily to any writer. Anyway, I'm glad you decided you didn't dislike them quite so much after all. ^^

^_^ Even though I like it, I do sometimes get burned out. That's what breaks are for, I guess.

As for my writing... Like I said, I think it's just one of those...things that one can't explain. I'm glad you like them, but I can't really explain what I was going through except for this one word : GAH! Plus, I'm the kind of person that likes blank notebooks. I feel like purging my artwork and writing and room and belonging and clothes every so often. And I think they're related. Anyway...

1) I think I friended you way back when, from seeing you on ff.net. I was so bubbly and naive back then, I just wanted friends badly. Plus, everyone around me I liked - I worshipped you guys. ♥

Sounds like you have a lot of work, but I'm glad you're sticking around in the fandom. It wouldn't be the same without you! Although, I have had these moments too - well, you know, I did leave at one point. I might leave again sometime in the future, but for the moment, it's been great. Sure, there are times when the fandom makes me want to tear my hair out, but it's fun. Plus, there are so many great people =)

...Lately, TRC has been interesting, to say the least. Although, I wish that the X crew would show up again.

My drive to write... hmmm my drive to write... well, I don't know, I've been writing for a long time, and it's something I just have to do. A lot of times it's for catharsis purposes, but I just generally... have to do it. Writing is just part of who I am, I suppose. Anything inspires me. A song, a billboard, a person on the subway, a snippet of conversation, a piece of chocolate, a flower, Shakespeare (LOL)... all of it.

And OPERA ♥♥♥ yay.

Writing-wise, I understand completely. I'd venture to say that I'm not the only one. I'm glad that you're feeling better about it and writing drabbles, because I love your writing. (I'm also glad you didn't delete your archives, because I still haven't had the opportunity to read IT. >>)
