If you still want to learn to knit, check out Stitch 'N' Bitch. I was hopeless with knitting needles, but I still managed to teach myself out of that book.

I have that book :) It was recommended to me by Lunamoth.

I noticed on Amazon the other week that aside from Stitch 'N' Bitch Nation, she has a Stitch 'N' Bitch book about crochet coming out soon.

I believe older kids and adults have been known to wear them as armwarmers ;)

Either that or a friend who knits needs to be found to make adult versions.

That second site sells DivaCups as well, yayness. I've got to spread the menstrual cup love (although I have a Mooncup but it's the same thing, just made in a different country).

I'm definitely considering a DivaCup. Though I haven't yet gotten my period back, and assuming things go as they should, I shouldn't get it back for many months to come as long as I breastfeed Dashiell regularly day and night (hence it's called natural child spacing). Definitely an upside to breastfeeding.

And by the time I get my period back, we might consider another baby.

As such, I haven't bought a DivaCup... not much point for now :P

I'm tempted to knit the new baby some of those baby legs! I have a feeling they'll come in handing when using the wrap sling in the winter.
