On the contrary. Broken balloons are love. Especially if one has an empty honey pot to put it in. Which I don't, but I do have an empty ice cream bucket and that's close as makes no nevermind.

Have you not read much original Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet-dear?

Who's going to want to trick or treat with me!!!! I'm worse than my sister who used to swap all my Mary Janes and replace them with those wretched waxy things.

How are you?? I miss you. How's the right coast doing - I envy you the autumn - we get two warm days and then the rains come. I need your help with some characterizations - how can I get on your dance card???

LOL.
I never liked the waxy things either.

It's raining here, too. Which is awful, 'cause I can't send the children out to play without significantly increasing the laundry pile. At least in the summer I can send them out in their swimsuits. If it doesn't stop soon, I may have to take my mind off the hook for a while. Man, I need a vacation.

I should be around this weekend. Or you're welcome to email. I always check that even if I don't have a moment to check LJ.

Take the spaces out of my LJ name and you've got my hotmail address.

A rock! I gave you a rock? Oh my, I'm so sorry. What was I thinking? Better luck next year. Still... maybe you could use it as a door stop. :)

I just added it to the pile. I've a table-top fountain which cascades over a pile of smooth stones. Destructo-girl (then 4) thought it was my rock collection and kept bringing me more home from pre-school.

"For your collection, Mama," said the cherubic face cradling said rock in her pudgy, filthy little hands. In my experience, rocks make great gifts.

Thank you very much!
I've missed you. You doing ok?
