   More specifically the modern version or "re-imagining" of the series. I was just going to be a casual viewer but it totally sucked me in from the first episode and didn't let up all the way to the explosive season

So cool. I got into BSG just recently, having never seen the original. I finished the last episode of season 1 and thought, "Okay, time to put in the next one." D'oh! I've got s2 preordered. I also love Loreena McKennitt, C.S. Lewis, and Vangelis (soundtrack to 1492: Conquest of Paradise is awesome).

Yes! BSG! The ending of season 1 with Adama and Boomer and Six and Baltar on Kobol and! and! VERY cool.

I don't think season 2 has finished showing in the US yet?
