Don't know if I'll ever be able to write a River-dream like this....it is a dream, yes? You're not killing my sweetie off, are you? I don't have to come kill you right back, do I? ;)
I actually saw a little bit of 'The NeverEnding Story' in it - in such elements as 'The Something' (versus 'The Nothing') and the big bad wolf. And I wouldn't worry about it being unbetaed - in a River dream, anything goes!

Kim, It's freaking great! you depict River so well. I want to watch Firefly again with joe, but Nick won't watch it again cuz it made him too depressed.
