DVD Decoder

Anybody know any DVD decoder software? Preferable freeware. When I wiped my laptop, they software wasn't included. And I need it for my CPU too. I'm not real jazzed to pay $70 for the one recommended.

Unfortunately DVD Decrypter has been pulled from the downloads. Don't happen to have a setup copy on your pc? Hrm?
