I stopped using shampoo. I have not washed my hair with shampoo this year. Shockingly, my hair looks better and feels better than it did when I used shampoo. My scalp doesn't itch as much. Sam likes to comment on how soft it is. I think I'm sticking with it

I've heard of a lot of people doing that, but I just can't bring myself to do it... Cause your hair gets really gross before it gets better.

You're right, but I don't bathe that often, so by the time I was going to do it, it had already been like a week and a half since I had washed it. I figured why wash it and start the process over.
