Now that we have this tiny kitten, he needs a name. They called him Simba at the clinic, but that just doesn't work for me

That's actually at the top of my list at the moment, and for exactly that reason :-D Sam's Schroedinger was orange also, so that fits, too.

Besides, poor Schroedinger was given away on a whim to people who had never seen a cat and had no idea what to feed him or how to care for him and apparently perished along with the Tollans.

Then again, sweet kind brave Nyan saved our guys, came home with them and was never mentioned again. :D

And actually, Shrodinger did make it back safely -- Narim sent him through the gate as a signal before he came through in "Pretense." Thanks goodness, since as you said the Tollans had no clue about cats! Poor kitty!

I dunno, he's fuzzy and cute--I could go with Radek here! :-) He saves the day almost as much as Rodney and is sweeter about it.
