Well we've put the house on the market - fingers crossed we get some interest. Two agents quoted us prices so low we couldn't afford to sell. :-( This agent was in the ballpark about what we need to get to buy the new place in York and did sell our friends' house a couple of months ago so I hope it's realistic. Good luck! I hope it sells quickly, but I understand the sadness in leaving. *hugs* Are you still coming down for the party on the 23rd? :-)

We're not coming down for the party - I'm not sure how well the rest of your guests would cope with a curious and fast on his feet toddler! And how well he'd cope with lots of big people. *grin* However we must make arrangements to come and visit you another time when things are a bit quieter.

That's a pity, I was really looking forward to seeing you guys! Looks like the party's going to be a quiet one anyway, not many people can make it this year. Will have to find a good weekend to visit York - any time in August particularly suit you?

We're free pretty much all of August - we'll be going to Cheshire to see my mum and dad at some point, but we're flexible on that so can work round you.
