What did you think about the Waimea restaurant?

Gorgeous view. I didn't make much use of the "Hawaiianess" of the menu, so I can't really comment on that. Almost dead when we were in there, so I don't know what it would be like if it was more crowded (and therefore noisier and/or with more for the waitstaff to juggle.)
