TERMS & CONDITIONS
This is the important (and dry) bit. Terms and conditions are to be read, understood and adhered to by every individual at .tancyness. onlineshoppe. Please take some time to read through these terms before confirming your purchase. Thank You. =]
ITEMS
＊ All items are clean and brand new.
＊ All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
＊ Most items will be one-offs. Unless stated, remakes will be entertained, but there is a maximum number of 5 remakes per item. This preserves the exclusivity of the item to our customers.
＊ There is strictly no remakes of another customer's customized order.
＊ When an item is stated as SOLD OUT, they really are sold out. Please do not ask for a remake.
ORDER PROCEDURES
＊ If you see something you fancy, leave a comment with your email address and state the item that you wish to purchase. (All comments will be screened prevent email theft.)
＊ We will send you an email to confirm the details of your purchase.
＊ Once purchase is confirmed via email, payment has to be in within 3 days.
MODES OF PAYMENT
＊ All prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
＊ Local Buyers: POSB/DBS ATM and iBanking transfers. UOB interbank transfers accepted (you have to let us know).
＊ Overseas buyers: Only PayPal is accepted. Postage to various countries will be advised via email.
＊ If payment is not received after 3 days (or any stipulated date), item will be put up for sale again.
COLLECTION
＊ Strictly local normal or registered postage only.
＊ All prices stated on the sales pages are INCLUSIVE of normal postage.
＊ Add SGD$2.25 for registered mail. (We will recommend registered mail to ensure the safe delivery of your items.)
＊ Delivery of items will be made within the next 3 days after payment received.
＊ No meet-ups, unless to my convenience, and when purchase comes with boxed packaging.
＊ We ensure the tip-top condition of all items, but we will not be responsible for lost items after they are mailed out.
PACKAGING
＊ All hand-made jewellery items will be sealed individually in plastic packs and wrapped in bubblewrap before postage.
＊ Rest assured that every package will be checked and sealed properly before postage.
＊ You can now request for special boxed packaging, with just an extra charge of SGD1.50. Kindly state that you need the boxed packaging during point of order.
＊ Free boxed packaging will be provided for all orders adding up to SGD$50 and above. =] (click here for more information)
CARE FOR ITEMS
＊ We do not use 100% 925 silver or 16K gold-plated materials, therefore chains on necklaces and bracelets will eventually tarnish over time. You girls can take extra care of your pieces by ensuring your pieces are dry at all times. Also, use a dry cloth or tissue to clean your pieces at the end of the day, and store them at a dry place.
＊ DO NOT place pieces under running water, wear them during sports or tug at them roughly. The pieces are delicate and fragile, so please treat them as you would treat your diamond bracelets and necklaces. =]
＊ Customers are not allowed to exchange, send back for repairs, or demand for refund, for pieces sold after the 29th of August.
COPYRIGHT
＊ The designs of all hand-made jewellery sold at .tancyness. onlineshoppe are the property, hard work and inspirations of mizdivine. It is unethical to steal someone else's work.
OTHERS
＊ We WILL NOT tolerate dead buyers.
＊ Items sold will not be refundable or exchangeable.
＊ We provide a guarantee for every piece sold. An address is attached to each piece, indicating that if the item ever fell apart, it can be sent over to us for free repairs (however, postage of item to us will be borne by the customers). Please note that free repairs are only applicable for chains and beads that fall off the original piece, but NOT for broken pieces/charms.
＊ Free repairs for pieces will not be applicable to pieces sold at carnivals/flea markets/fairs.

PRIVACY
＊ All information of customers (email addresses, addresses or others) provided for .tancyness. onlineshoppe, will not be disclosed or sold to any third party.
