It has the working title of Avatar and Changeling, since Ianto is half-alien (the Changeling part) and Jack was supposed to be the Avatar of the Vortex - this being created when I still thought the Timelords had been tragically killed as a result of the TimeWar and not eliminated by the Doctor because he sisn't approve of them. Jack was supposed to be part of a grand scheme to bring the Timelords back. *sigh* I had such plans...
