Thank you! *grin* I've spent I don't how how long figuring out ways to link Ianto to the Doctor and then, all of a sudden, it was a case of 'hang on a moment...'! And inside my head, it explains so damn much.

*bounces* It's one of those ideas that just explodes inside your head and you do a little jig of glee. I've never been able to wrap my head around that 'wiped from the timeline' thing and I've always had a soft spot for Susan, so yeah, YAY!

this is absolutely the most excellent explanation i've seen for jack's immortality. and it makes so much sense, too!
i wish the bbc scriptwriters could see sense. jack=face of boe, indeed.
