I may be teaching math to one of the future greats of Alabama high school football. He's just in the sixth grade, but he's the running back on the Philips Academy team that beat the Hoover team for the state championship in that age group. He also finished 8th nationally in the 100 meter dash. He's a really bright kid, and extremely well mannered -- happy and easy to get along with -- so I'm sure he's going to be recruited highly. Robert Charlton -- remember that name.
I'm hoping I can help him win a few math team trophies in the meantime. He'll certainly have career options off the gridiron.
Everyone wants to make a big deal out of AJ's arm strength but he also sells play action well. They do loves them some bubble screen down at St. Paul's. Good lord we're deep at tailback for years to come. Richardson + Ingram may make Matchett an afterthought... I hope not!
