As far as I can remember, everything on that page is still availble for sale!

Could I get a zip code (USA) or the country to calculate the shipping cost?

Also when I was double checking the books, there was some minor water damage near the bottom on Otapyon Level 2. All pages are intact, but there is a slight wave near the bottom of the book. I'll try to upload a picture of the damage shortly.

If you still want to purchase it, I can give you a discount on it ($9 instead of $11).
