Yay!

(also, I am reading Whiskey and Water -yes, I know it takes me a while to get around to doing *anything*- and I just have to say you are an evil, evil woman who regularly makes it damned hard to turn the page to see what happens next. Ouch.)

Write complex characters in a complex plot in such a way that it's difficult to guess what will happen next and nearly impossible to choose sides, all while making it quite clear that there isn't anything you wouldn't dare to do to them.

Thanks!

Oh! Considering how funny most of them are ("Marsupials, marsupials...") the last one and the one where they have his eyes and heart are doubly chilling.

Hard to pick a favorite. I like the revenge of the snakeskin belt, I think the painted eyes are the most horrifying, and "Then Up Spoke" made me laugh loudest.

I'm so glad you like them! I'm always so hesitant to share, generally ending up deleting work rather than posting it, so I'm always happy to see it go over well.

These are absolutely brillant, and totally made my day. (Even the creepy ones. But I love the koala bit.)

I tried to have a favorite, but, um, not working so well, unless I can have seven.

I couldn't think of a way to spin the koala bit out into a larger story, but it probably works better short, it's a simple joke.

I'm glad you liked the stories.

Wow. I love all of these so much. Brr to number seven, which is creepy because it makes so much sense.

Yeah, it's a little disturbing how much sense that one makes.
