The sign is talking about the war, I'm sure. So many people visit Mostar to look at the bridge and take the exact same picture of it (that I also took about 5 times). But the bridge was destroyed during the war, and rebuilt, and it's important for people to remember the history. Hence the English words (it was a very, very touristy area). I highly doubt that anyone living in the area or who speaks Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian needs to be told not to forget, so it's there for the foreigners. I'll talk more about that in an upcoming post.
