quick Romania update

This place is everything I was hoping/expecting and a zillion times more. There are some tourists here in Brasov, but not much. Everything is in Romanian, the beautiful language that sounds like Italian and French and Spanish all mixed up together. The beauty here is so overwhelming. I never allowed myself to think it could really be this

Sounds amazing! I am just getting ready to go to my first EVER Halloween party. I knew you'd be excited for me! I'm 'Medusa' and have plastic snakes double-sided-taped to my curls. Not the finest of efforts, but the party is in Kensington - not exactly the home of way-out fancy-dress fun! Missing you! xxxx

Our friend Kerry (whom you met briefly when she arrived at our apartment as you were on your way out) had a great Medusa costume a few years ago.
