The other day, I saw Superman 3 on Syfy here. Well, really just about the last 20 minutes of it. For those of you who don't remember, this is the one with Richard Pryor in it. As a side note, there is nothing more bizarre than hearing French come out of Richard Pryor's mouth. Getting back to my main point though, I forced myself to watch it

OMG that scene scared the crap out of me when I was a little kid! It gave me nightmares and everything. It is a very disturbing scene (and doesn't Superman go evil in that one?) and I admit my heart races a little just remembering it (it still scared me as a kid even when I saw the movie again and knew what was going to happen). It's amazing what an overactive imagination will do to one (I still scared myself after playing Silent Hill 1).

So don't feel like you're being "childish" here. I completely understand where you're coming from and I think it's natural to remember the things that scared us. Hopefully now though, we can look back and laugh at those things (even if they were things our parents/siblings elaborated on to tease us or scare us into doing things).

Silent Hill is totally justified. That game is ridiculously creepy. I am also kinda glad to hear that I am not the only one who is scared to hell by that scene.

And you're absolutely right about the evil superman part. He splits into two.
