:/ it seems like as time progresses people are becoming more paranoid of each other. Not only from country to country but locally as well(medical field etc). As a result we cope by adding in safeguards and check lists that require lots of paperwork. It is unfortunately the way of the world and things are no longer "simple."

Sorry to hear that you're getting a little tied up in the red tape and I hope that you'll be free of it soon. It totally sucks. *hugs!* Hang in there!
