THE TITLE FOR YOU PICSPAM WAS "COME BACK TO ME ANYTIME," SO THAT SONG WAS PLAYING IN MY HEAD THE ENTIRE TIME I LOOKED AT IT AND BY THE TIME I WAS DONE I WAS LIKE OH, TAMARA'S MAKING A MIX. TBH, "ANYTIME" WAS MY DAVID/LUCY THEME SONG FOR A HOT MINUTE THEN I PUT ON "IF IT MEANS A LOT TO YOU" AND THAT IS THEIR THEME SONG FOREVER AND EVER.

OMG YES, I LOVE MUSIC THOUGHTS.

YOUR MIX IS SO GOOD, OKAY. We have such similar music taste, which is not why I think the mix is good, but it's just a bonus. Some of these songs I didn't even realize I already knew, but then I was listening and went all "OH HEY I KNOW THAT ONE WHY DON'T I HAVE IT, IT'S SO GORGEOUS." So, yeah, there's that.

ANYWAY. You are a fucking fantastic mixer, did you know that? I think a lot of people get caught up in finding perfect songs lyrically that they don't think about how the mix sounds all together, but yours is beautifully flowing. I LOVE EVERY SINGLE SONG ON IT. The In Your Eyes cover is um, my favorite thing on it maybe because I totally unironically love that song and it's such a cheesy one but this TOTALLY uncheeses it. Beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

I think my favorite song from David's side was The (Runaway) Artist, which just struck me as so poignant and I can't describe why. But every song on this truly is lovely, and suits each of them perfectly. AND BASICALLY I'M THRILLED TO HAVE INSPIRED IT WITH MY PICSPAM. THAT'S ( ... )

Thanks so much! They were together on and off for about three years. THEY HAVE BEEN BROKEN UP NOW FOR MAYBE A YEAR AND A HALF, AND IT BREAKS MY HEART.
