Well finally.... LJ has let me back in. I've been locked out of my id for about a month, with no help from the support people. Seems to me last time I had a LJ issue I got little support.. and back then I was a paying customer!

they made all these new security changes and it almost took 2 weeks for me to get back on. your right the support was lacking!!
