This prompt. It’s sad when two people who used to be best friends stop getting along, so Brittany helps Finn and Puck fix their relationship. By handcuffing them together.

Omg thank you so muuuuch, it's been forever since I wrote Puck+Finn but their friendship is one of my favorites on the show, so I'm super happy you liked seeing them working on it here. And natch these fucking character voices remain the actual hardest so I'm over the moon you enjoyed those, fffffff.

I started giggling within sentences; by the end, it was full-out guffaws. Every line in here seemed was just perfectly placed for comic perfection: even the little old lady's comment about cutting off her husband's finer (she thinks). Pretty darn impressive, considering that beneath all the humor, there was a thoughtful, moving storyline about friendships and redemption. And as always, you manage to juggle a large cast of characters while making all of their voices true to character

Oooh muchas gracias! I am mad pleased it made you laugh! Especially since, yeah, I mean honestly I was kind of afraid to post it as a fluff meme fill, because basically at bottom it's a story about how Puck and Finn's friendship was a crappy friendship and they've never made up for it and will never be friends in the same way again anyway and in general BLEAKNESS EVERYWHERE BUT HOPEFULLY IN A FUNNY WAY.

(I mean Puck and Finn's friendship is actually one of my favorite relationships on the show, just. You know. Bullying.)

So I am hugely tickled that you liked it for comedy and character voices, which obvs continue to plague me like flies on a hot summer day because THESE FUCKING CHARACTERS IDEK.

(And ffffff Lauren my only regret is not being able to work her in a whole lot more.)

Oh god, this is awesome. Brittany's plan is actually quite brilliant (though it does illustrate that all of Puck and Finn's good moments came from torturing others...) and everyone's voice was so on. LOVE that Kurt has no clue what handcuffs have to do with sex - and that Finn rescued him from saying anything out loud.

Ooh no thank you, I'm so pleased you enjoyed it! Lol and yeah, Brittany's plan is kind of... based on depressing foundations of bullying and horror, but at least you liked the voices! That means bunches to me, you don't even know!

And omfg, sometimes I'm so glad they made Kurt a giant prude, because while it is kind of an iffy decision in some regards, it makes jokes like this so easy and negl I love jokes like this.

Only you can take a concept this absurd and end up writing an incredibly heartwarming story about repairing friendship. As other people have commented, the voices were great, and I especially liked Quinn's, Lauren's and Azimio's. You don't shy away from having characters say things that can verge on slightly cruel and inappropriate, and you are great at showing character flaws while making us love the characters all the same.

"Do you think we might get in trouble for doing an overtly sexual rendition of ‘Stand by Me’ - complete with homoerotic subtext so blatant it became the actual text - for a nursing home?” Artie asked.

There were many lines I could quote back at you, but this was my favourite. Or Lauren's line about being handcuffed to Rachel so she can be centre stage during the performance!

You're one of the best writers of ensemble fics in this fandom, I swear, and as with many of your fics, I know I'll be re-reading this when I need a pick-me-up.
