A question for the fanfiction crowd!

If, and I say if, I were doing a second part to Utter Doom, which do you feel would be a better title: Impending Doom or Imminent Doom. Both are appropriate. I just need to decide which has the better feel. (I already know that if--if!--there were to happen to be a third part, it would be titled Doomsday).

I kinda like the sound of Imminent Doom myself, especially sandwiched between your other two 'definite' titles.

And I usually can't title my stories til after I write them, so I feel you on that :P

I haven't read the fic so does my vote count/matter?

I think Impending has larger, longer implications - more distance, looming.
Imminent sounds like it's right about to happen and may be big or small.

Of course your vote counts! You actually made a good point--I may want to go with the looming aspect, that's more of the feel I'm going for. Kagome doesn't actually get any until Doomsday. XD

If--if!--you make a second part, I think I'd go with Impending Doom. I also give you this *SQUEE!* if! you so happen to write it XD

XD I loved Utter Doom! Title? I think I like Impending (Imminent makes me think of imminent domain), but they are quite similar.

Coming up with titles for drabbles sometimes takes me longer than writing the things.
