Work was good today since nobody was there but me. :D I totally flubbed my alarm clock and showed up an hour late, only to find the other labmonkey out sick and the boss taking his dog to the vets. Made for a nice light work day. Ahh, but things really haven't been so bad at work. Not only did I get the TA assignment I want, but it turns out that

Sounds like the evening was beautiful! Usually there are lots of free things to do in the big cities, you just have to ferret them out, which can be fun in its own right!

Yup. ^_^ I'll give you the nice PG version and just tell you that I run birds on treadmills. We tried partridges but that experiment didn't pan out, so we're back to guinea fowl, and there'll eventually be turkeys if we can ever acquire a wild strain. Guineas are crazy birds, lol.

Maybe I'll put a picture outside the shrine so it's not like I'm *hiding* anything...I'm just not revealing the true level of obsession. XD

And, uh...my problem is that I *have* started all the stories. ^_^;; But rather than finishing them, I start more...and more...and...yeah.
