Love the idea of Lester having a cat called Helen.

I thought a cat is the only pet Lester could have with his irregular working time. And he has probably got a cat just so unpredictable as Helen.

True, cats do tend to be fine by themselves, and I do like the thought of Lester as a cat person.

I imagine Lester could also like something in his private life what isn't predictable. He has stayed with the Anomaly project after all, despite he probably had other opportunities.
Perhaps he likes the challenge.:)
