Thank you. The legend of Icarus is one of the first tales I heard as a child. I still have the book with Greek myths my grandma has read it from.
I'm afraid Becker has missed his chance to flee. The angel of death doesn't know mercy.

That's a fabulous story -- the image of Helen as the angel of death and of all the men writing about her is so powerful.
