Ahh... I'm finally beginning to settle back into the home routine. As I went off to Jazz camp with the school Stage band from Tuesday to Thursday, there were a lot of crazy things going on with my week. Not only did I overexert my saxophoning muscles more than I have in a very very long time, I ended up bypassing quite a few things that happened, ( Read more... )

Eee! I didn't know that you played music. I want to heeeeaaaar! ... once I'm there. :)

It's most unfortunate that your friend doesn't keep in contact better. Perhaps she's just adjusting to the new place and all - I'm sure she misses you too.

Heh, sounds like you were having what I affectionately refer to as an 'eat day'. That's where pretty much whatever gets put in front of you is ingested. Lather, rinse, repeat. :-D
My friend Kim and I hung out the other night and she made a 2 lb. meatloaf. We each ate 1 lb. AND mashed potatoes. It was sick. ;)

Hope you're doing weeeeell! *big hugs!*

Heh. Yes, I am a saxophoning fool. *dances* It's pretty fun, though I wish I could play the drums or guitar or something that doesn't involve the mouth. We come to the city every year to play a festival, so you may get your wish. ;)

She's always been like that... Yeah, she's been having so much going on lately that it's probably tough to be able to keep in contact, but it still kinda hurts. In any case, I shouldn't be so selfish about it. -.-

Oh, yeah, that sounds like the perfect way to describe it. *hurls* I am still full. :D Wow... one pound? I can't imagine how that would sit in the stomach. Hee!

I hope you're doing well too! *glomps*

*hugs* I'm glad that you're finding other people to spend time with -- making friends can be difficult sometimes, and it's hard when you can't reach the friends you already care about.

And huzzah for food! I had Brad's birthday dinner (Chinese, woot!) for breakfast. Mwahahaha! *grins*

Amen... I can't believe it's taken this long to settle into a happy place on that front. But I am pretty happy about where I am now. *hugs*

Yes, indeed. So much good food... *collapses*

Wow! That sounds awesome! :D
