Wow, beautiful and intense evocative ... I was waiting to hear David´s story- really heartbreaking. Loved the image of Ennis searching for David in the mist, both of them feeling their way through strange territory, kind of.

And a little typo alert:
They were up on the ledge, surrounded by the umbrella of cream-colored, cross-shaped blooms on the dogfood tree

I just corrected that -- it was a companion blunder to a reference in an earlier chapter to Mrs. Twist's "bee casserole".

I was so happy to see this updated. =)
Found this story on FanFiction.net initially and really enjoyed it. It was several months ago that I read through it and I thought it was funny that I didn't have to skim back any to recap what had happened. Guess this is just one of the ones that stuck out my mind. =)
