There was a growl and then a blur as something fell from the trees and began blasting away at the harpies with what appeared to be an energy weapon.
As the Klingon ran toward the cluster of harpies that were converging on Dor, he pulled out his bat'leth and began to hack and slash his way through the bird-like creatures, all the while yelling out a battle cry.
The harpies flew off like a flying thing and Worf let out a cry of victory as they retreated.
He then turned to look at the boy lying on the ground.
"I'm fine," Dor said pulling himself off the ground. His clothes were in tatters but luckily he only had a few minor scratches. "They ambushed me and took my sword. We better get moving before they regroup."

Which was just when there was another flurry of wings and all sorts of foul smelling missiles were thrown at Worf and Dor.

"You don't know these creatures. You make them angry they'll try and wipe you off the face of the Earth."
