Widespread Criticism Follows Saudi Arabia Joining U.N. Women's Rights Group

This is pretty much par for the UN course.

In 2007 the human rights committee was chaired by... Sudan. In the midst of the Darfur genocide.

I have worked for a number of UNESCO programs through the years, so no, I am not just noticing these things.
