May I speak like an Icelander here a bit and say that those former communist rulers of yours who concealed the truth from the people and prevented them from taking adequate precautions, should be prosecuted.

There has been a pretty clear lack of interest across the board for prosecuting former communist rulers for murdering millions of innocent people, I wouldn't hold my breath that Chernobyl will prove to be a crime too far.
