If you're getting someone to take care of your kids, you should do a background check - even a half-assed one on google would have let them know something like this was likely to happen.

Shitty people, all around - but I suppose there's no chance of the law getting the kids away from all 3 of them...

The link about the "exploitive and illegal terms" has the mother getting mad because the reporter asked legitimate questions. Very telling.

Doesn't really matter, it seems the terms were stupid and illegal. It sounds like they wanted an Au Pair, except without all of the fees, which go to things such as background checks, making sure you're compliant with local laws, and handling cases where things go bad.
