There is a popular conservative motto which is repeated over and over again recently: "education is the next bubble, people have already said. Why is getting too much education ever a problem? The difference between the housing market and higher education, besides the speculation already mentioned, is that one is often a requirement for certain professions out there, the biggest of which come to mind is anything in the medical field - you have to be freaking certified in order to become a doctor dammit that is not something that's just going to go away. Education is something you permanently take with you, it isn't a number of extra houses you snatch up with the hopes of selling. One does not equal the other at all ( ... )
