Its difficult for me to consider being gullible being a valid derogatory term. We had a country full of birthers. Palin was Governor of Alaska. Many still believe the US economic crisis of 2008 was caused by capitalism or the jews. Even those who believe it occurred as a result of the real estate crisis have it wrong. And, many buy into revisionist, fabrications such as unions being responsible for General Motors lack of profitability and failures of the modern prison system. Most of us 'believed' in health care reform without having the slightest clue how it was supposed to function and whether or not it would actually work.

Practically all of us are unbelievably gullible in a massive way. And, our only recourse to dealing with educational and awareness standards falling through the floor is to find handicapped people to look down upon to make ourselves look & feel better.

RAAAA. IMMA GROUCH!

Thing is I don't think they are gullible in the sense that they are being fooled. I think the problem is that they *WANT* it to be true and he is just telling them what they want to hear.

I wonder if our Rapture status was determined during the "invisible judging" on Saturday. This would mean that we are free to sin with immunity for the next 5 months. Sweet deal!

This change at least can have a whiff of plausability to his followers because he always said that it was going to be May 21 rapture and Oct 21 end of the world; it will be interesting to see what happens after Oct 21 (sort of...I hope to have forgotten all about this by then.)
