Nope. it is a long going fraud alleged against McCain that goes back to the Vietnam era. To make HIM look good enough to launch his 'career' in politics.

The guy crashes government planes and he passes bills. That is about all McCain can claim, these days, that are without a doubt factual.

This has nothing to do with the GOP.
