I rather liked Orphan Black, but I think I liked it because of how well the lead played the various roles and made them so distinct I forgot it was the same actor behind them all. I liked seeing the strain of maintaining another identity, too... and the Ukranian with the awful accent. I'm not sure how many of the characters I actually *like*, but they were interesting. Do you have any shows/characters you're particularly fannish about at the moment?
I'm vaguely aware of who Miley Cyrus is - she keeps appearing in the celeb pages in the free paper I read, often in a "look at the shocking pictures so you can be shocked! Have you seen the pictures?" context that I find oddly funny and at the same time rather sad. I'd definitely find it a lot funnier if, like haute cuisine, it's all one big con ;)
Ahh, Helena! If I were to have feelings for any character, it would be Helena. I like her crazy ass. Given what happened to her, it's a good thing I didn't get too attached, though.

Things that I am fannish about, that is, things I think about vidding: Person of Interest, Teen Wolf, The Avengers (specifically Thor/Loki and Steve/Bucky), Nikita, Haven. Common denominator in each case is that there is a 'ship that I am particularly interested in, and that is what drives the obsession.
Helena! Thank you, I was floundering as I tried to remember her name. She was a great protagonist - I was hoping we'd see more of her going up against the evil corporate empire, because sometimes what you need is a good dose of crazy to solve problems...
I'm catching up with Nikita S3 at the moment :) Although they keep throwing missions in there, which distracts from all the Nikita/Alex/Michael interactions that are the heart of the show. (Sorry Berghoff - you're a decent guy, but you're not where the interest is). What's your ship on Nikita?
And Haven! Isn't that due back soon? That's one of the few shows where I've genuinely have a three-person ship - and I'm absolutely convinced that's what the writers intended for the three main leads, regardless of any time-travelling WWII antics or children out of time do to get in the way ;)
I used to ship Nikita/Alex, but after season 2 I was totally onboard the Nikita/Amanda train. I forget which episode it was, but the moment that Amanda had her chance to kill Nikita but then just.couldn't.do.it totally cemented their LURVE in my mind.
