Yes! That was exactly my intention. Despite anything the actual show throws at me, in my imagination Tess is Lex. It makes such beautiful sense to me, and makes the show sooooo much more interesting.

The most bold, brave and gorgeous is that Tess *is* Lex (somehow). I know it might be quite insane, but that thought makes me happy.
And, of course, the comparison between Tess and Lex (for someone who isn't willing to suggest that first crazy idea). Brilliat.

Oh, yay! I'm so glad you saw that. Gold star for you. That's exactly what I'm suggesting, not because I necessarily believe it will prove to be true, but because it would make me so, so, so happy if it did. What could be more perfect than Lex as a woman? The possibilities are utterly delicious because you can see the chemistry Tess has with all of the women in the show, and yet we have her sleeping with Oliver, which would make Lex a canon bisexual (at least psychologically). And the way she interacts with Clark would acquire a whole new level of interest and complexity. Oh, if only it were true, my head would explode from sheer squee-tasticness.

So, you and I can enjoy this fantasy together, even if no one else sees it. *hugs you* :DDD

And yes, that idea is brilliant - it'd be so perfect (though I doubt that CW or whoever is in charge - will be brave enough to push it).

Oh, and I totally forgot to thank you for gayness of Tess in that video. I remember how I started watching it and I was "oh my god! Tess will be gay in that video! someone noticed all her subtle touches and looks!" and then I was in awe because I was thinking "Tess is Lex! wow! amazing! so hot and so refreshingly promising!" :))))

I loved this vid. I've seen not one episode of SV with Tess, but you really made the song feel perfect for her (and Lex). She seems like someone with a lot of contradictions in her character.
