I've never seen Eureka, but this vid sure was more effective at pinging my interest than SciFi's promos were! You've got a lovely balance of the human faces and the shiny stuff...your "gleeful fingerpainting" certainly comes through in this upbeat and energetic vid.

the result is yet another one of my self-indulgent Meaningless vids. There is the barest wisp of narrative here; mostly it's just me gleefully fingerpainting with shiny, shiny clips.

So I can watch it having only seen one or two episodes of Eureka? I intended to see more of the show, but I kept having problems illegally downloading acquiring episodes, so I never did. Hm, maybe it's on DVD now?

Well, I think so, although there's some stuff in Henry's arc that's probably more effective if you have some context. And, yes, both seasons that I used are out on DVD now.

so i finally started to watch this show & i knew you'd made a vid for it \o/ (btw: i love that you have a vid for so many, really cool small!fandom shows no one else seems to vid - psych, i-man, eureka... so AWESOME)

& i really love this, of course :) it's so shiny and pretty. and it shows the fun that this show is. but also the weirdness & drama that the inhabitants of eureka have to face. wonderful, wonderful vid! especially that song - it's not really something i would listen to, but it fits so perfectly into the weird shinyness of this world.

It's sad that no one's vidding these shows at the moment--especially psych. I had a blast working with each of them, so much quirky, funny footage.
