I am still here, despite alot of things I am still here. The loneliness of this place can be consuming at times its 5 am and I am awake writing that concerns me too, a disrupted sleep pattern. Work is going fine as well as can be expected

Incidentally, you shouldn't drink Ice water on a hot day. Your body has to work that much harder to get the water in your system. I know it tastes good, but it's not as good for you.
