As a fan of the graphic novel I really enjoyed that movie, it had everything I wanted in it. I will admit if you aren't familiar with the graphic novel it can be a bit much at times. This movie wasn't made for the mass market it was purely for the fans. That being said it was a very faithful adaptation to the novel, they changed some minor
