Sync Cosplay References?

Hey community, de-lurking here with a quickie question I was hoping someone could help me with. It's costume-wise, so not too spoiler-y but just to be safe, I'll put it under a cut.

Sync appears in Episode 25 in his alternate costume. I don't believe he appears in it earlier than that, so you can look there. Hope that helps. :)
