Round 02: Ch 11 Submissions

We've reached the final challenge for Round 02 :O Our finalists are Presea and Sheena; congrats on making it this far, you two!

Here's a quick briefing of the guidelines:

You must have survived the last challenge before submitting.

YOU SKIP, YOU LOSE.

Your icon must be 40kbs or below, and 100x100 in size. Promotion is not allowed.

Finalists will submit to this screened post with their icon.

Questions must be posted separately from your icon comment.

Challenge 11: Triple Play

Our final challenge, like that of Round 01, will be divided into three parts. Finalists, please read all rules and specifications carefully. You will be making three icons, one for each part. Voting will be separate for each section, meaning you will directly face off against each other. You do not have to submit your three icons at once! However, if you fail to submit an icon, the win will go to your opponent. Your tasks are below.

Part One: Tales of Phantasia
Your first task is to use the below image in your icon. No other images or higher resolutions of this image may be used. You have other restrictions:

You may not use any text.
This includes tiny text, unreadable text, and textures that look like text. This task will force you to reply on your cropping, coloring, and overall composition skills.

Part Two: Everybody's Going To War
Your second task is a lyrical theme. You must use a minimum of three (3) consecutive lyrics from the song "Everybody's Going To War" by Nerina Pallot. You have other restrictions:

You must use an image for Tales of Symphonia.
It can anything from a character to scenary; as long as the image in your icon is from Symphonia, it will be accepted.

Part Three: Free-For-All
Your third task is to make any icon featuring the Tales series. This is a free challenge, where you can go crazy and make whatever icon you want.

Remember, you are making three (3) icons. You do not have to submit all three at once, but I must receive all of them before the deadline.

Points System
Starting points will be reset to 0. Finalists will receive +1 point for each favorite point their icons receive. The points will be complied, and whoever has the highest total will be named the winner.

The deadline is for this challenge is Saturday November 10th, 6:30am EST. If you don't submit, you lose! Good luck to our finalists :)
